No application is submitted here. Opportunities depend on capability, eligibility, business demand, available roles and applicable requirements. Employment is not guaranteed.
01 · Opportunity types
Practical experience is subject to eligibility, availability and applicable requirements. Not automatic, and not offered on every programme.
02 · Where skills go
Not all of them are technology companies.
Potential professional pathways for skilled, assessed, opportunity-ready candidates — not guaranteed placement with any organisation.
03 · Potential opportunity areas
Each area below is backed by a learning pathway in the portfolio. Selecting one opens the domain it comes from.
Potential areas only. Relevant opportunities depend on eligibility, capability, performance, availability and organisational requirements. Completing a pathway does not create an opening, and no specific role is promised.
03 · Who it is for
Build skills before you graduate.
From knowledge to capability.
Upskill. Reskill. Stay relevant.
A new direction, with evidence.
Build what your venture needs.
Keep growing. Widen your options.
You do not need to already be an expert. You need the willingness to learn, practise and grow.
04 · Who can join
Miwanzo is based in Malawi, where our candidate community began.
Learners across the continent are welcome on the same programmes.
Candidates from anywhere in the world can apply and learn with us.
Delivery is online, offline or hybrid depending on the programme and cohort. Availability and entry requirements vary — no country is excluded.
